Though kids in general haven’t changed since the 1980s, boy, mall culture certainly has. Yahoo News’ Upshot blog has some acid-washed evidence from photographer Michael Galinsky. In 1989, he uncovered the seedy underbelly of Spencers’ Gifts and Casual Corner by traveling malls all across the country.
Though a girl going wild means something different today, I assure you the youth are still, in fact, going wild with or without Skid Row.
